I read TCOYF. I am so lost. I am finishing my 2nd master's degree, so maybe I am just lost.
I get that you chart by temp and CF. I get that I do it every morning. I got the rigtht thero and OPKs off Amazon.
I guess I don't understand what the temps mean?
Help? Luckily I am still doing 2 more months of BCPs but I wanna start now to get into the habit.
