Where to do Bridals?

Hey ladies,

I need to schedule my bridals soon, but I don't know where to do them. I really don't want to pay to use a space. Do y'all know of anywhere modern looking outside, maybe downtown I could do  them? I like architecture as opposed to nature. Or if yours were somewhere cool, AW them to me so I can get some inspiration.

I live in Plano btw... I am willing to drive a little bit to them but probably not anywhere as far as Ft Worth.

TIA!

Brittany did hers at Off the Grid and they were sooo good--probably some of my favorites ever, and that is normally not my style.

McKinney Cotton Mill has a very cool vibe--sort of industrial.  For indoor, I really love the Stoneleigh Hotel for bridals but you might prefer something like Aloft.

ETA:  Oh sorry, I just saw that you don't want to pay--I think all of my suggestions have fees.  Your photographer might be able to suggest something.

Do you know around how much it costs do do them at a hotel or the cotton mill? I don't even have a vague idea of what that pricing would be like.

Are you getting married at the Nylo?  If so, you could probably take them there for free.

When I called around to get pricing, it was normally around 150 to rent the space. Some places are a little more and some a little less. But pretty 150 was a ballpark figure. I work in Downtown Dallas and there are some really cool places down here, but I am not sure if you would want to wear your dress down here.

What about downtown Plano?  Colton recently did an engagement shoot there that was really pretty, then they moved out to some field in Wylie.

Downtown Dallas is also always really fun.  Or the canals in Las Colinas?

It really depends on the vibe you want.

The cotton mill is seriously gorgeous- if you are wanting an industrial feel it may be worth the money.

Downtown Dallas is really great- you might try the Arts District on an early Sunday morning. Also, Union Station is very pretty (as are many other buildings in that area).

I second downtown Plano, or even downtown McKinney. Downtown McKinney is very pretty with exposed brick and many stairs. </div></span></div>

Downtown Plano is a great idea.

Steph- I am getting married at the NYLO-  I assumed I would still have to pay. I should check that out!

Yeah I got married at a hotel and if I had done bridals, I could have done them for free.
