Checks, checks, and more checks!!

I had such a productive weekend for wedding details!

My two sisters (maid & matron of honor) came down to Maryland on Saturday to help out with a lot of the little things still hanging out there.

We put together all of the cupcake boxes and cupcake wrappers:

We folded the rally towels and tied them so that they're ready to have the escort cards attached (once I can finish table assignments):

We put all of the tissues inside their envelopes, to later be attached to the programs with "tears of joy" stickers attached to them:

We cut out the fronts and backs of the programs.  Attached rafia to the backs (to be tied around the front once everything is glued together) and printed out the covers:

We printed and folded the actual program:

Eventuall (once assembled), the programs will look like this:

We also cut ribbon and "stickers" that will be attached to the cupcake boxes, although they're no finised yet, as I ran out of adhesive and am still having trouble getting the text lined up properly in the circles.  But I'm getting closer!

Still a lot of projects to finish.

Then today I headed on over to the outlets in search of bridal party gifts.  Here's what I came home with:
- Lenox double frame (for invitation and photo) for my parents
- Lenox music/jewelry box and Lenxo diary for flower girl
- Lenox small heart trinket boxes for 5 bridesmaids and 4 readers
- Kate Spade tote bag for 5 bridesmaids
- Kate Spade small cosmetic bag for 5 bridesmaids
- Bath and Body Works hand creme and antibacterial gel for 5 bridesmaids

Everything at Lenox was a mix of everyday and sale outlet prices, plus an additional 15% off.
The tote bags from Kate Spade were 30% of clearance prices plus and additional 25% off everything in the store.  The cosmetic bags were just the 25% off.
The lotions at B&BW were Buy 3 Get 3 free and the gels were 5 for $5.

When I got home, I got FI to finally pick out The North Face duffel bags that he wanted to get for his groomsmen and ordered those online for and awesome price.

Still need something else for my parents, something for FIs dad, and something for our ring bearer.

THAT'S A LOT OF CHECKS!!!

We go to the Prime Outlets in Queenstown, MD.  They're only about 30 minutes from us here in Annapolis.

That's awesome!  Congrats on the checks!

We worked alot on our ceremony this weekend; we still have to chose prelude music, family processional, and bridal party processional.  Since our ceremony is an hour long, working on it takes a while.

My final fitting is tomorrow; I am taking everything with me to see what I will look like on the day of (I have never tried everything- dress, veil, shoes, etc- on at the same time!).  We meet with the organist at the church on Thursday.  I promise I will have pictures of both the church and the final dress for you girls!

FI is finishing up the Ringbearer train.  Here is the link of what we got:

    http://www.visionforum.com/beautifulgirlhood/productdetail.aspx?categoryid=199&viewall=1&productid=13886

It's the perfect size for little hands to carry instead of a pillow.  We are painting it in our colors (blue, white, and black).  We got rub-on silver letters to do his name on both sides, and the train also came with stickers.  Once those are all on, we are going to paint it to make it glossy.  We will tie fake rings onto the stack!  It's part of his gift, we are letting him keep it.

I have to tie all the ribbons onto the bubbles still.  We also have to finish the FG ball.  We ordered a ball offline, made of fake stephanotis.  It was cheaper than the ones at ACM, and it looks fuller.  But it's all white, and I want to add some color; only problem is, the flowers are not stuck in a styrofoam ball, they are all wired together by their stems.  So there is nothing to stick wire and beads into.  So, instead, we are going to replace the white ribbon with a blue one.  In the middle of each flower is a pearl bead that is hotglued on.  I got Swaroski crystal beads at ACM, and I am going to pop of some of the pearls and hotglue the blue crystals instead, interspersing them with the pearls.

We spraypainted the baskets white; they need one more coat and will be good to go.  We have to tie the bows around the handles (we got blue glittered wired ribbon on the clearance rack for dirt cheap), and they will be used for the programs, bubbles, and freewill offering baskets.

I also want to make a photoguest book.  We have a regular one from Hallmark, in case I don't get around to it, but I really like the photobooks instead.  Now I need a code for a discount!
