Jamaican Rum Cake Needed for Reception

My fiance is Jamaican and I need to find someplace where I can get a traditional Jamaican rum cake for our wedding.  It is traditional to have a rum cake at Jamaican weddings.  My fiance's grandmother makes them, but she does not decorate them and she is 95 years old, so I would like to try to not give her too much work.  I need someone who make the cake and decorate it nicely.

    Carribean Caterers makes Rum Cake, they are located in MD...we are using them for our wedding reception catering...my wedding consultant said that it is really good...and you can REALLY taste the rum...lol

    We make Authentic Jamaican Rum Cakes. We ship, but it is difficult to ship a decorated cake. We can provide the decorations, but it is best to have them placed on the cakes locally. If you don't find a baker locally, tweet us at:

    If it is Jamaican Rum cake it should say so.
    Not all cakes are authentic. Definitely sample and get recommendation and personal experiences.
