...is the worst. I am finally getting back on track today (after gaining a few pounds over the last two months), and sticking to my calorie count is no fun at all. I don't mind exercising, and I am generally a healthy eater, but sticking within my calorie range pretty much always leaves me feeling hungry and annoyed. I know I will adjust in a week or so, but these first few days are always so hard. Just wanted to vent. Thanks.
