More veil (or hair accessory) help...

Hi ladies! I could use some help with veil suggestions or just hair accessories in general.

Here are some details.

I can't wear any sort of headband or tiara... I have a 'thing' about hair accessories that wrap around my head.
My dress is ivory.


I'm completely lost and I don't know where to start. If I wore my hair like that, where would the veil go? Would I need one with a comb? Would I need pins, etc, as well?

Any help is very much appreciated. :)

    The veil would get attached at the back of your head--your hair would probably be gathered up a bit right there to help anchor it in place. You'd definitely need a veil with an attached comb, as there's not enough structure to the hairstyle to permit the use of a hairpin (the usual alternative to a comb.

    For decoration, I would find a small fascinator like what the bride is wearing in your inspiration photo. There are lots of pretty ones to be had at etsy.com and at ebay.

    What do you think about hair "jewelry" or "combs"?  i think this might be the perfect compromise...check it out.

    Maybe you could look at some of the other styles too to get ideas.

    Ooo, pretty! Thanks for the ideas.

    Okay, I ended up ordering a combed veil and a set of 3 flower pins from Etsy. One flower is larger and the other 2 are smaller. I will probably use the smaller flowers in my daughters hair, they are my flower girls. :)
