  Oh silly Chicago weather. You never know what you are going to get — on the first day of spring no less. I'd wear a pair of patterned nylons, closed toe shoes and your cardigan.

  Even though the weather has been nice, it's still technically winter. Dress for the weather and wear cute tights.
