So I've been trying various "diets" to lose at least 10 pounds before my wedding in September, such as the South Beach Diet, but nothing has worked. I eat well, try to limit my carbs to breakfast and lunch and work out 5 days a week...but still nothing. I was considering weight watchers but not sure I want to spend that much per month. Can you all tell me how successful you have been on MFP, the key to following it, and general advice? Also, my screen name on MFP is missy1081 if anyone would be willing to add me as a friend.
