Rehearsal Dinner

Looking for a Mexican restaurant for a casual rehearsal dinner... we are on a budget... any ideas?

I have heard of El Segundo Sol & Margaritaville.  Has anyone done a dinner here?

Also check out La Salsa Cantina. It's by the M&M Factory. FI cousin got married in Vegas a few years ago and they had their dinner reception there. We had our choice of a few menu items to order.

They have a limited menu that is $19.95/person (thats what FI's cousin had) and hosted bar starts at $15/pp for 1 hour

There is Yolo's as well. Also, I wouldn't consider Margaritaville as Mexican though....more like Caribbean/Floribbean.

We are doing our meet and greet at El Segundo Sol the day before the wedding from 2-4pm.  We are just doing appetizers and chips and salsa....nothing fancy.  We wanted something easy where our friends and family getting into Vegas can just stop by and say "Hi," grab some food and still be able to go out to a show, dinner, or whatever they choose.  Our reception is at Maggiano's the following day, so it's nice that the two restaurants are in the same location.

We had a 'girls night out' dinner at Yolos. Im a huge fan of Yolos, their food is amazing and the Margaritas are to die for. Its inside Planet Hollywood so its a perfect central location. Ark Vegas is the company you make reservations through and Keith who takes care of Yolos is not always the most helpful so if theres a way you could book through the restaurant itself....I would reccommend there

Hussong's Cantina in the Mandalay mall is awesome, and very reasonable.  Margaritaville will be at least three times the cost if you include booze.

I think we are going with El Segundo.  We are doing a sit down dinner for about $35 per person and we have a private room.  Sounds like a great deal... I will let everyone know how it is!  Thank you for your help :)
