maybe just planning stress...

hi everyone! our wedding is a year away but ive been feeling very stressed lately. i think its a mixture of moving into our new house, work and planning the wedding. this will be my first and fi's second. Question: Is it weird that his BM is the same person from his first wedding??

    Not weird at all.  My MOH is my best friend, has been my best friend since middle school, has been beside me through every life crisis and celebration, and I could not imagine ANYONE else that could fulfill that role.  DH's best man was his brother who he is very close to.  For both of us- those were the people that had stood beside us once before. 

    With a year to go, and in the middle of a move-- let the wedding planning slide for a while.  Taking some time off gives you a much better perspective and will lower the stress.  You have plenty of time.  ~Donna

    RELAX. You have a lot going on. I agree with the prior poster, let the wedding stuff slide for a while until the rest of your life feels better.

    No, it's not weird to have the same BM or any other member of the wedding party. As we age, our friends generally don't change.

    Relax.  You have an entire year until your wedding.  And no, it isn't weird - my brother had the same BM more than once.

    I have nothing to add other than I agree with everyone that has already posted! Don't even worry about the wedding till the other stuff settles down. You are supposed to enjoy the process of planning your wedding if you are not then you need to change something.
