Seating Chart help!

I'm wondering how I should make up my seating chart.  I'm unsure if it would be cheaper to print a poster at kinkos, or if there is a better way.  I need your input girls!

    Do you need it printed or will you be using card?  DH and I did a chart in Excel.  We figured out who was attending and from there, started seating people by table.  Then we figured out where to put the table.
