I grew up in the Midwest and have always loved Kohl's, so it was an easy choice to make them my gift registry. Boy, did I chose wrong. The registry said I should receive 12 place settings, but I only received 8. They could not tell me anything because their system does not allow anyone to see who ordered what or where it is. Are you kidding me? In this day and age? For all I know some relative is waiting for my thank you note and I will never know to send it. We tried calling multiple times, but all they could say was that we should buy it with our rewards. The rewards don't even come until 3 months after you close the registry! The customer service reps were all nice, but more than one admitted the system was failed. I just hope to save some brides some hassle.
