Does anyone know anything about baking?

I made FI a really yummy birthday cake, but I ended up with WAY too much frosting.  It is this really delicious lemon cream cheese frosting and I just can't bring myself to toss it out.  It is at least enough for another cake!  Does anyone know if it will freeze well?

    Buttercream doesn't freeze too well. Especially with citrus in it. 
    I would refrigerate it. It should keep for about a week.

    I would keep it in the fridge and eat it for dessert until it's gone ;)

    But really, I would go out and buy something that I could spread it on and eat it. Cookies, pound cake, etc.

    cream cheese in the freezer doesnt bode well as far as i know.
