MOB & Shower Dresses - PIP

Today my mom and I went shopping for her dress, and we actually found it! My mom is youngish (51), and most traditional MOB dresses were just really dumb looking on her.

We ended up getting this dress, in Amethyst chiffon (so like a grayish purple). Very exciting!

And I just got my shower dress of Rue La La - it was over 80% off retail price. Seriously, I love Rue La La...

Thanks! My mom is so picky I thought she'd never find anything, what a relief it was so fast and easy. Two stores, maybe 15 dresses total!

Wow that sounds like when I was shopping for a dress for my sisters wedding. She told me to pick a black dress. I think I tried on 12 dresses the day I went shopping.
