Hi everyone.
I'm relatively skinny, but have recently begun working out using p90x (been doing it about 3 or 4 weeks fairly consistently) and have switched to lean meats and whole grains. I've actually lost about 7 pounds so far, but I haven't noticed ANY improvement in my thighs...they're my problem area. I have a flat belly, slim arms, but my thighs remain untoned! Its extremely aggravating.
I'm going to Hawaii in mid January with my family, and I bought a new bathing suit. I'm happy from waist up...but my thighs...not so much. Does anyone have any tips about how to tone thighs quickly?
