HELP!! Vendor just backed out on me!!

Ladies I need HELP! My photographer just backed out on me without any reason why...I'm so screwed. Unfortunately we hadn't signed a contract yet...we had an appt to do it this weekend. Ugh...

Can anyone recommend a great, budget friendly photographer for a Green Bay wedding?!? I'm desperate!!

    We just booked her for our wedding, she had a very unique portfolio and I know she travels throughout Wisconsin.

    Adam Shea and Amy Clark are both pretty affordable. They are located in the Appleton area so there shouldn't be any travel fees

    Dan Georgia from Contemporary Impressions. Does Fantasitic work, has great packages and is willing work on price with you. I can't say enough about Dan, he is just a really fun photographer to work with.

    We have Rachel Buckley from R. Buckley Photography.  She is based in Appleton, but close enough to Green Bay.  She does amazing stuff and is willing to work with your budget.  Check her out.

    I feel bad for you; but without a signed contract, it's impossible for a photographer to bail on you, since you never booked a photographer. If you had an agreement to meet and sign the contract this weekend, there is a proverbial commitment, but nothing concrete. 

    Not sure what "budget friendly" means to you, but I'd recommend Ardent Photography. Amy is second to no one in the Appleton/Green Bay area.

    Remember your pictures are all you have afterward, so make an investment.
    They also offer video & DJ with Kart-Tunes!  If you bundle all 3 we saved a lot!!  Hope you have better luck!

    I have a very budget friendly photographer, my package is $1395 for 7 hours and I get two photographers. They work out of Oshkosh and they are so talented! twoguysphotography.com

    KatieD212: I actually had inquired with that photographer you recommended since he's located really close to FI's hometown but he was already booked : /

    I am actually meeting with Angel Made Photography tomorrow morning to go over some things. I don't know much about them but they are out of Green Bay. It's $1300 for 2 photographers all day, an engagement session and a cd with ALL edited images...it's the best I've found thus far for the price. A lot of photographers I contacted were alread booked for my date (Oct. 2011) which is coming up QUICK! : ) What do you ladies think? Good deal? Can I get better?

    That is a great deal, and I doubt you will get anything better unless you find a college student that is starting a portfolio- I had a friend in college doing weddings for $400!  She is now charging much more, but I think thats a great deal!
