We just realized our church's hostess doesn't do any day of work.... So we started scrambling last week to find a coordinator.... First one was 1200, second for 1500, or 1000 if we booked on the spot prior to meeting. FI was not pleased with that pushiness... Then we found one from our town, who wouldn't have to commute, for half the price and the same things. We booked her immediately!! Awesome to know we have 2 people to rely on month-of. Phew!
