Outdoor May Wedding at Laguna Gloria

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had an outdoor summer wedding at Laguna Gloria?

We're getting married there in May and are trying to figure out how hot it will be and how many tents we need but we can't visit the site after 4pm and our wedding starts at 6pm.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    I would look up how hot Austin was the past couple of years in May. I have not been there but anyplace in Austin that is surrounded by trees and not in the city itself will be a bit cooler. We got married on October 2nd last year, a very dry and hot year, in Georgetown/ Cedar Park area. It was during the day and I believe low 80s upper 70s. Night at our venue turned into light sweater weather. You can always ask the Austin board and see if anyone else can help with your questions.
