  my wedding is not til next weekend. but i feel your pain right now.  been so drugged up all week trying to knock this shi*t out cuz my bachelorette party is this weekend. and i dont wanna drink and be drugged up...not a good combination

  Also heat on the throat with a hot wet down or flexible heating pad will help too.

  I had a cold coming on and too Zycam as directed and it went away!  I couldn't believe it. It's the first time I've taken Zycam and I'm a believer. My sister recommended it to me.

  My cold remedy is tea (as mentioned) with honey and peppermint  (gross combo IMO, but "dr. mom" says it helps), a humidifier, lots of vitamin C, and rest.
