I got up an hour earlier to come into work early because I intend to leave work early on Friday to go to dinner with a friend visiting from China...only that friend informed me yesterday that she can't meet up till much later in the evening.

So really I'm at work super early for almost no good reason..except I still plan to take off early on Friday because I already told my boss I was.

Fun times.

Confession:
We received a huge 6 gallon tin of popcorn for Christmas (people know we love popcorn but that's a LOT of popcorn...) and instead of digging my hand to the bottom every 10 seconds, I scooped up a bunch, flipped over the tin lid, and used that as a plate while watching TV last night/waiting for DH to get home from work.

Confession #2:

I am unprepared for my quiz/exam/test tonight.

Vent:
Our landlord informed us that she is probably going to sell the house we are currently renting. We've already been in the process of looking to buy for a few months now, but didn't really plan on buying for another six to twelve months. I guess this is the push we needed buy. Just wish it was more on our terms and I didn't feel pressure to buy so soon!

Confession:
I really wish one of my friends or family would get married so I can be involved with wedding planning again : / . I spent the weekend watching reruns of Who's Wedding Is It Anyway... because I've watched all the Say Yes to the Dress episodes on Netflix. I'm lame.

One of the few people I work with I just want to shake. Lately he's been arguing with me about everything technical. I'm at the point where I really just want to shake him and then tell him I got my job for a reason and he didn't (he also applied for my position but wasn't even offered an interview).

FI informed me on Monday that "he isn't sure if he wants anymore kids" . . . we have 3 kids, none together though. I was/am heartbroken. But, he is more important than having a baby and who knows, maybe he'll change his mind? Right ?

brb... i'm going back to crying now.

Tomorrow is the deadline for RSVP's and I'm still missing about 20...seriously...some of these people are people I see daily so really...you've had a month and you couldn't have just handed it to me. UGH.

And it's certainly not a hill I will be dying on, but FI's grandmother was sent an invitation addressed to her and her son that lives with her, yet I found out yesterday she will be bringing a guest, but she doesn't know who yet. Maybe her neighbor friend down the street. Are you kidding me?! Neither myself or FI have met this lady...and besides the invitation mentioned nothing about brining any guest you'd like. UGH. Whatever, I'm venting here becuase I would never say any of that to our families.

Confession: I drove to KFC yesterday just for a biscuit...seriously...that's embarrassing.

Confession:

I cannot stand a classmate of mine and every time she speaks I want to muzzle her. It wouldn't be so bad if she actually spoke about something relevant but all she does is speak to belittle others around her and make herself sound better. (and the looks she gives people just drives me crazy.)

Vent:

My grandma wants me to hire a singer for our wedding. And not just any kind of wedding singer but a VEGAS-style impersonator who will only sing Michael Buble songs. I think she has lost her mind. And I'm getting REALLY annoyed with having to tell her that we aren't interested in a wedding singer and if we wanted anything vegas-style...we would have eloped there! I just don't know how to get her to understand that we don't want what she wants..

Vent--I've had this mini-cold for going on 2 weeks. It's annoying. Not bad enough to warrent not working/taking it easy but bad enough to feel poopy all the time.

Confession--we're closing in on 4 months..which seems so close! I just want it to be here already. I'm sick of planning..I'm just so excited for the day/everything after that I want it to hurry up already.
