BBB Registry not showing up in-store

Hi! I have heard from 3 different people that when they go to a BBB store to try and buy something off my registry, it doesn't show up. You can find it online, but going to the store, it's not there. My first shower is on Saturday and my BBB registry is my largest. It also has the more affordable items on it, so obviously I want people to be able to purchase off of it this week. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you get it fixed? I have an email into them but they said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I'd like to have this taken care of by the end of the day at the latest. Ugh! Feeling frustrated...

    I would call them or go into the store. Emails are too easy to accidentally skip over.

    Not sure why it would show up online but not in the store. Very odd. Not sure why this is a problem when your guests are at the store. I used to work at BBB in college (at customer service) and when we had trouble printing a registry we could just print it off the website. All CS desks have a regular desktop computer that we used to look up various things on the internet all the time. Hope this helps. I would also call the store you registered with and speak with someone right away!
