I've been completely vegan since Jan 1st, no sodas, no nothing. I've done the Shred and alternated with P90X and jogging cardio.......and I've lost 15 pitaful pounds! That's it! I know 15lbs is good, but come on I've seriously sacrificed here! I'm working full time and planning a wedding too. Give me a freakin break. I just want to quit, eat a huge steak or Mexican food, with cheesy potatos, and a monster thing of ice cream (the oreo kind), and top it off with a jumbo Coke!!! UUUUGGGGGHHHHHH! Come on life be reasonable! I want to also take all of the healthy freakin soy food crap and throw it out the door. Help!
