DO NOT ORDER FROM TiffanyBridals

This company is a hoax.  The IP address is located in Malaysia.  They promptly took my money through paypal, and never sent me the dress they promised.  They promised the dress in 60 days.  When it did not arrive, and the order status still said "processing"  I contacted them.  They said they needed two more weeks, and locked me out of my account on their site.  I had the password reset, and the order continued to say "processing" at the end of two weeks. I then urged them to be honest and tell me that they weren't planning on sending anything, just so I would know and be able to have time to get the dress somewhere else.  If they had just told me the truth then I would have just let it go, but they insisted that they would send me  a tracking number.  After that I threatened to report them if they didn't send me a tracking number or a refund.  They again locked me out of my account, and they said that they would send me a tracking number in 3 days.  I requested a new password and kept checking the order, it still says "processing".  It is now three days later and they have locked me out of my account on their site again, and they haven't sent me a tracking number.  I am in the process now of reporting the transaction to Paypal.  If you have already ordered a dress from this company I suggest you request a refund/report the site to everyone that you can as well.  I have researched and have not found anyone to have ever received a dress from this company.  They will take your money and send you nothing.  They are taking advantage of those of us that can't afford to lose the money.  Please help me to keep this from happening to anyone else.  Thanks!

    So...I received my dress today.  Its not exactly the dress that I ordered and can actually see why it took longer.  The dress has very intricate beading instead of the lace overlay that  I wanted.  Over all it is a nice dress though.

    Would it be possible to post a picture of the dress? It would be helpful for me to see the actual dress in order to compare it to what the dress is "suppoosed" to look like since I recently ordered a dress from this site as well. Of course it's 10 days late and I'm scared out of my mind! Your first post scared me to the point of tears! Luckily I read your recent post and I'm so happy you got the dress! I'm also very interested in seeing their work.

    Sure no problem.  Here is a link to the TiffanyBridals site that shows the model wearing the Pronovias Rebeca gown taken directly from the Pronovias site.

    Here is a pic of me wearing the Pronovias Rebeca at the bridal shop..the lace is flipped up on the bottom of the bodace in this pic.


    Here are some pictures of the TiffanyBridals gown that they sent.





    I am not sure if you can see that on the Pronovias dress there is no beading, just a lace embroidery overlay.  The dress from Tiffanybridals actually has beading on the bodace and every where else that there is lace overlay.  The craftmanship is actually pretty good.  The fit is almost perfect, although the waist line on the Pronovias dress is dropped and the Tiffanybridals isn't so much.  The materials are definitely different, but I expected that at 1/4 of the price.  All in all the Tiffanybridals dress is pretty and nice, just not the exact dress that I was in love with at the bridal shop.
    If you paid with paypal you will get an e-mail with a tracking number for tnt shipping.  When I entered the tracking number using the US as my location at first it did not show up, when I entered Singapore it came up.  As soon as the dress reached the US I was able to use the US as my location to track it. 
    I think that the biggest mistake that Tiffanybridals made was to promise the dress in 60 days.  If they had just promised in 90-120 days I wouldn't have freaked out so badly.

    Thank you so much for posting the pics! It gives me an idea on what to expect. I didn't order with paypal, so I can't track it, but I've been in contact with "Shirley" and they're saying that it'll be another 2 weeks. I'm so worried! I know not to expect the dress to look the same, but it would be nice if it were at least the same material. I guess that's what concerns me the most :-( I'll upload pics as well as soon as I get it....

    I got the dress last night and it's perfect! I love it!!! It's exactly like the original. I love the material and the way it fits. I'm having a local seamstress do a few alterations, but not until I lose all the weight I'm going to lose! I'll upload pics once I get it fitted!
