Hello ladies! Jeez, I'm at 68 days right now! Crazy!

THIS PAST WEEK

-My sister helped me put together my pocket invitations which I was super happy about because they took FOREVER.

-Emailed a list of RD restaurants and a list to my FMIL.

-Scheduled a hair trial for the 19th

THIS UPCOMING WEEK

-take invites to the post office

-call my seamstress to see if she will do my dress and when she wants me to come in

-finish addressing invites, they need to go in the mail on Tuesday!

-order totes for my BMs

-Call my florist to schedule an appointment

Last week:

Had all invitations addressed and assembled

Basically figured out flowers

This week:

Finalize flower plan

Buy vases

Return frames I was going to use for table numbers

Look for table number holder making tutorials (wire work)

Find the damn stamps I bought for the invitations. They disappeared!

Stamp all invitations and rsvp envelopes

Review ceremony draft

Call seamstress a friend recommended to see if she can do alterations

Make an appointment to see my hairdresser to decide on wedding hair and get a trim

Buy a bar of the chocolate we'll use as favors to work out packaging. This will be terrible as I suppose I'll have to eat it when I am done!

Last week:
Assembled, stuffed and stamped invites (yay!)
I just finished allll the thank you notes from my shower- they are ready to be mailed (finally!)
FI finally went to get his passport
Picked out invites for RD
Paid off our church musician

This week:
Meeting with a new DJ (ours just bailed last week!)
Shoot our 'Love Story' with our videographer to be shown at the wedding (so nervous! lol)
Going to see our cater set up before another wedding
Order RD invites
Find picture frame for our fingerprint tree guest book
Dress fitting!
Guys are being fitted for tuxes this week too

Wow that list made me feel more productive than I thought! :-)

Buy bags for hotel welcome bags & kiddie games
Buy water bottles for hotel welcome bags
Finalize the babysitters & dogsitter
Buy stuff for the kid's bags (coloring books, crayons, Play-Doh, etc.)
Finalize & print the menus
Finalize the ceremony - send to both officiants
Finalize the rehearsal dinner - get FMIL to sign the contract and submit deposit
Order chopsticks for RD favors
Create invitations for RD

- Ordered part of my parents' gift (a frame with personalized letter)

- Finalizing addresses (invites are otherwise done)

- Firs dance lesson

Next week:

- Bridal shower!

- Hair/make up trial

- Meeting with venue to finalize a lot of things- menu, desserts, chairs/tables, layout etc.

- Send invites!!!!

- Mailed the invitations, yes! And started getting RSVPs back

- Sent our ceremony music to our pastor to get it approved
- Signed a contract for a house and ordered the appraisal and inspection

- First dress fitting
- Payoff baker and give them our cake topper
- Email wedding and rehearsal info to bridal party
- Finalize ceremony decor

Wow I just realized how short my to-do list has gotten. Must be getting close to September!

Had hair trial and visited my dress with full hair and my veil!'

Put together program wording

Began getting rsvp's and started the attending list!!

This Week:

Order Thank you notes!

Get FI's ring!

Order Programs

Get tiles for girls to stand on during ceremony (so their heels won't sink into the grass)

Go with ring bearer to get measured/order suit!

And probably fit anything else in there...though I have a giant work project as well..life is crayyyy

THIS PAST WEEK

-FSIL, her daughter, and one of my MOHs helped me address, stuff, and mail out the invitations.

-Completed my cocktail napkins and RD napkins.

-FI and I picked out our wedding bands.
-Had my first dress fitting.
-All but one groomsman was fitted for their tuxes.
-Decorated the gift totes for the moms.

THIS UPCOMING WEEK

-Start logging RSVPs as they come in.

-Finish RD centerpieces.

-Finish lanterns for cocktail hour decor.

-Convince FI to pick and order groomsman gifts.

-Setup final planning meeting with the Minister.
