My Fi is Army. He is the NCIOC of a medical clinic. There are about 20 in the office. He's been appointed there the past two years. If he invites one does he have to invite all in the clinic?

    No, he only needs to invite people he's close with.  Also, as an NCOIC, he should invite his CO and direct superiors.

    We didn't really invite anyone from H's shop with the exception of one of the groomsmen.  Although H had not worked with any of them very long.  If the wedding were now then that most likely would change to the people he is close with.
