  I think we're having ours at my MOH's house since that is what is easiest on her.  I also considered a park where we could cook out.  I don't know your area though so I can't really help with specifics.  Is Lake Lanier close to you?

  Yes it is! Although, it'll be July 17th so it's definitely going to be hot outside!

  I would suggest looking at some of your favorite restaurants, or maybe a community center? In July you defiantly want something inside!
  
  I am not familiar with that area, so I don't know any specifics... and both of my showers are at Aunts' houses.

  That was definitely our first thing...but we have about 50 people and like I said it's going to be in July so it'll be very hot outside..and nobody that is offering has a home thats large enough to accommodate that many people at once inside.
