Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Sorry this is a bit late but TK has not been cooperating! Enjoy!!
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. water
1lb. ground chicken
2 tbsp. buffalo wing sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
cooking spray
8 mini-whole wheat buns
lettuce leaves
tomatoe slices
2 Tbsp. crumbles low-fat blue cheese

Spray lrg. nonstick skillet or grill pan with cooking spray and set over med. heat. Add onion, red pepper, and water; cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until liquid is evaporated and vegetables are very tender, about 8 min.
Transfer to lrg. bowl and let cool 10 min. Add chicken, buffalo sauce, and salt; mix well. With wet hands, form 1/2 in. thick patties. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm, at least 1 hr. or overnight.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and set over med. heat. Add patties and cook until desired. Add lettuce, tomatoe, and blue cheese on bun.
