Wedding band engraving?

I just paid off our wedding bands, yay! So now we have to decide what we're going to have engraved on the inside. Who else is having their rings engraved?

FI got my engagement ring engraved before he gave it to me, so I think I'll get my band engraved with our date and the same with his.

We got the date engraved... I wanted to put "Put me back on" on his, but he said no lol.

I'd ideally like too but we haven't purchased them yet so I don't know if my band while be thick enough. We will probably have his engraved

We're not doing an engraving. Maybe for an anniversary one day.

HA! I love this... We aren't planning on doing any engraving. Like PP said, maybe for an anniversary we'll do it.

We're engraving his with "nora's" and my engagement ring with "tom's" - my wedding band is too narrow to engrave.

Yes! I love engraved wedding bands!

My mom has my great-grandmother's wedding band, it was engraved with she and my great-grandfather's initials and their wedding date. FI and I are doing the same. I think engraving makes wedding bands even more special We actually just dropped our bands off at the jeweler last weekend.

My band is pretty thin too, but it wasn't a problem to get it engraved.

We haven't bought ours yet. I like the idea of engraving it with the date or initials. "Put me back on" is hilarious (in an awesome way).

We aren't getting ours engraved. There's room to, it just isn't something that was important enough to us to spend the extra money on. Maybe eventually, but not now.

I wanted to get his engraved as a surprise but I haven't found any place that can yet. Tungsten has to be laser engraved and no place I've asked can do the inside of the band.

We got ours engraved with our date (10/11/12) and his initials in mine and my initials in his.
