Engagement Party Venue in Seattle

Does anyone know a good venue (restaurant) to throw an engagement party in Seattle? My fiancee and I live in San Diego but most of our family is in the Seattle area and we're coming up to throw a party. I would need some place with a banquet room with enough room for about 40 people. I also need the place to be somewhat inexpensive...maybe around $10-$15 per plate. Please help!!

    Check out some of the Asian restaurants around here. The one that comes to mind is Jai Thai on Capitol Hill. I know they have a back room with a bar area that they rent out/reserve for parties. Can't say they are my favorite Thai place around as far as food goes, but I like the feel of the place and for an upper budget of $15 - sounds like they could do it.
