bustier and petticoat/hoop skirt(?) help!

I can't bring myself to buy a bustier from my bridal shop for $79, and the hoop skirt is $50. 

Did any of you have luck finding these items elsewhere for a more affordable price?  And if so, how's the quality?  Which brands (for the bustier) are the best?

    Do any of your friends have a petticoat from their wedding? I totally didn't ask the sales lady how much they were and was mad when I got out of the dress shop and it was $90! Ugh, I should have asked one of my many friends that were just married! Bustier, I am not sure that will work:)

    My plug would be for Central Foundations in Cicero.  I my bustier was $50, and it fits great!  I think they may do petticoats too, but I'm not sure.  The shop is really small, but the lady that runs it is really friendly.  I would definitely check them out!
