-I mailed my invitations out on Friday. Can't wait to hear back from people!
-Updated the website too, with directions and hotel information.
-Started my bridal shower thank you notes. I decided to go the extra mile for them, so they're taking a while, but I was so happy about the whole event that I don't mind.
-Made progress on our favors! I am making magnets and putting them in little tins. When my mom was here last week, we put the personalized stickers on all the lids. Now I just need to glue ribbon to the lids and the tin part will be all done. For the magnets, FI and I picked the images we wanted for them and got them printed out. Last night, FI started cutting the images out while I worked on the thank yous. Pictures of these when they are done.
-I started my cardbox. I just bought the cardboard box I wanted, but I'm going to paint it and decorate it. I only glued the flaps shut and cut out the opening, but that's better than what I had before!
-FI and I also went through the ceremony draft from our JP and made some decision about the actual ceremony. I think FI and I will do the wine box thing.
-Oh and I don't remember if I mentioned this before, but I put the deposit down for the cake! Now I just need a design.
-I just bought part of our centerpieces. I decided to buy online, but I went with a different candleholder from what I was originally looking at.
Now I finally feel like I am making some progress!
