PRO LIMO

Has anyone used PRO LIMO out of Sandwich?  Their prices are great but their customer service is not the friendliest (no problems - just very blunt) and their contract is very unprofessional.  I can't find any recent reviews for them so I was just wondering if anyone on here had used them!  Thanks in advance!

    I am using them but agree with you and don't have official feedback since my wedding isn't for a month.  I can post after that!

    Thank you!  Hopefully someone else will fill us in!!  Did you have a weird contract that was literally just written into an email message?

    I don't have any info on Pro Limo, but my wedding was in Bourne and we used White Tie Limo.  White Tie was great and we had no communication problems at all.  If you're not comfortable with Pro, try White Tie.

    HI kikibird - My first choice would have been white tie but they only have one 14 person limo and it's already booked on my wedding day :-(  Thanks for the reco though!

    I had inquired with PRO LIMO but ended up going with White Tie Limo. When I had inquired with Pro Limo I had asked a couple of questions in my email, only to get a one sentence response back which provided me little information. It was from that point I decided to go elsewhere. Kiki, glad to hear you were happy with White Tie!

    I'm using pro limo as well, white tie was booked on my date too. They weren't super responsive over email, so my fiance called and talked to the person. He said they were pretty helpful once he got ahold of them. Maybe they just aren't great over email? They sent us the very short email contract as well. I'm sure it'll be OK, but I guess I'll have to wait til september to find out :)
