Rehearsal Dinner in south Denver area

Hello everyone! I'm new to the board and still learning my way around.

I'm getting married at Arrowhead Golf Course in Littleton, CO next year on June 4, 2011. My Mother in law wants to host the rehearsal dinner but she needs some help on ideas where since she lives in Texas. She suggested having it at Arrowhead the night before the wedding which I don't want.

Anyone know of a good restaurant for a rehearsal dinner that would host around 40 people?

I went to one at the Dave and Busters off I-25 and Colorado. It was a blast for the kids and the people from towns without Dave and Busters!

There are several places in the DTC area. Check out Cool River. I talked to the ladies at a bridal show a few months ago and they had some awesome pictures of the rooms available.
