Want a treasure chest card box

I would like to find a treasure chest card box, but I am having trouble finding a DIY template of this. I like this first picture with the flower in the middle but can someone HELP me please!!!

Lots of sellers on etsy make these and they can make it in your colors. We considered ordering one that looked like a treasure chest. Etsy has a category just for card boxes and you should find quite a few there.

I had a treasure chest card box. It was white and I bought it at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
