    in MA, you can apply for a one-day permit to perform weddings - so we had my FIL officiate our short wedding. It made it way more personal since we're not religious and was a great way to involve him directly in the wedding.

    We are using Rev. Nancy Wulitzer. She is performing a non-religious outdoor ceremony for us at the Captain Linnell in October. So far she has been amazing! My fiance and I both felt so comfortable with her when we met her, and she has a blackberry so if you email her, she usually gets back to you within atleast half an hour!
