I was just reading through the board and realized that I never introduced myself. I'm Jenny and my FI's name is Dave and we recently  located back to the Pittsburgh area after living in South Florida for the last few years. We are getting married on October 13- the ceremony is at Saint Bartholomew Church and the reception is at Edgewood Country Club. We are really excited about everything. We just ordered invites and my girls are planning my shower :)  and the inlaws are doing things for the rehersal dinner. Like someone else said, thanks to Pinterest, I have a mile long list of crafts and cookies/desserts to make for the wedding. 
It's nice to have this forum to vent and bounce ideas off of each other. Thanks for that, ladies!

    Hello!

    I am getting married 1 week after you - Oct. 20.  I am Julie and my fiance is Peter.  We are getting married at St. Benedict the Abbot Church in McMurray and our reception is at Southpointe Golf Club.  We are working on our invitations now.  We are ordering them online and there's a deal until next Tuesday that you can get 25% off if you order before then, so we are trying to finish them up by then. 

    I have never gotten into the whole Pinterest thing, but I finally bought a 3 ring binder and tab/folder inserts so I can get myself organized.  I'm very excited about that.  lol.

    Are you getting your invites from David's bridal? That's where we got ours from. Make sure you are positive about the color. I went to get the flower girl's dress yesterday and checked the color swatches. We want navy blue, and had "lapis" selected, and looking at the swatch in store, lapis is actually purple. Be careful if you do get into Pinterest. It's quite addicting. If you need an invite, let me know :)

    cmg63 - I don't go to mass there a lot (It is actually my parents church), but maybe I've seen you there before.  :-)
