Help! Dress alterations needed--need a recommendation

I got my dress at Running of the Brides.  I thought I'd found someone to alter the dress but she's booked through August and my wedding is in May.  Are there any brides out there who can recommend someone in the Chicago area?  I live in the suburbs but the location doesn't really matter.

    Many knotties have used Sue's Bridal Alterations in Naperville. I used her and she did a magnificant job on my gown. I highly recommend!

    Stitch-N-Time Bridal Boutique in Woodstock Ill, she had the best prices around for what I was looking for and was very speedy in getting it done with quality work. She is older and a little forgetful so just call the day before and confirm the appointment. Best to go in sooner to where ever you find as prom season in coming quick and those girls are gunna take up a bunch of spots.

    I also bought my dress at the Running of the Brides and need alterations!  Do you remember the wedding dress taylor that was at Filene's that day?  I remember that they seemed very professional, were a family run business, were located in the suburbs, and passed out coupons for alternations.  I just can't remember the name of the place and now I wish I could.  Let me know if you think of it!

    I've know the "BEST"seamstress! Came for Italy! Many years experience! She is truley the best of the best. You will not find anyone that is better! She can do the impossiable. She is often called in to fix what other seamstresses can't do or messed up. She is utilized by top-notch bridal salons. If something can be done, she is the one. She also designs wedding gowns from scratch. She has designed formal gowns for me that include Bridesmaid, Communion, Prom, and Homecoming. She is the only one I would ever trust with my wedding dress. You can call her at 708-349-6069 ask for Michela.  You will not be dissappointed!  She is the BESTSmile
