Venue help!!! PLEASE!!!!

Am curious to know if anywhere in the Baltimore/ Annapolis area if there's an all included venue to hold a ceremony and reception and thats on the water...........budget is max 18000. suggestions, sites....id love to find a place that has rooms for guests to stay at!!!

    Annapolis Marriott
    Pier 5 hotel
    Kent Manor Inn
     Inn at Osprey Point
    Herrington on the bay,

    There aren't any guest rooms, but Kurtz's Beach is on the bay and can do the ceremony on location.  They were reasonably priced, as well.

    I would also recommend the Intercontinental Harbor Court. That's where we're getting married, it's on the water and looks across the Inner Harbor at the aquarium, has 2 separate rooms for ceremony and reception. Also, their coordinator is amazing!

    Baltimore Museum of Industry could work. They don't have a hotel on site, but there are many options very close by.

    you could try spirit cruises, then just have people stay at the nearby inner harbor hotels.
