  After waiting for 3 weeks for the lady who I hit to give her statment to call the insurance company. Car insurance from the girl who totaled my car said that I am not entited to the entire money because the lady claims I hit the car in front of me first. At no point in time did she tell the police office this at the scene of the accident this occured. Had I hit her twice there would have been more extensive damage to the car and I would have received one of the tickets...does the police report not count for anything or the police officer is lying, right. Now I have to go through my insurance company and have my premium go up and extend this whole process. Sometime I really hate Miami and all of the fraud out there. I was so angry, hurt and disappointed. I believe in KARMA and All I can say is what goes around comes around.
