So I am one month out, and I finally got a few of my DIY projects done. Yay! This has taken some time and I'm pretty proud, so I wanted to share with you ladies.
1. Cocktail table centerpieces- The only thing missing is the wood slab that it will all be sitting on. I'm waiting for my step-dad to find a big enough tree limb that has fallen down. Cost: About $5; everything from Dollar Tree
2. Wood burned table numbers- Please ignore the wrinkles in the burlap table runner, which I made as well. Cost: free, easels $1 from Dollar Tree, table runner about $1
3. Centerpieces- I put fake flowers in there for now, but I'm working with a greenhouse that is going to plant flowers in the pots. Cost: pots were $6 from Save-on-Crafts, flowers will be about $7 from the greenhouse.
4. Moss monogram- This will probably go on the gift table. Cost: About $25
5. Burlap pennant signs- I made ones that say GIFTS, CAKE, and GUESTS. They will hang over the table skirts. Cost: $8 for the stencils since I just used leftover burlap from the table runners.
I still have to make a thumprint tree guest book, boutineers, and I'll probably make chair sashes out of the leftover burlap (I feel like I have burlap coming out of my ears!)
