  I usually get my brows done at Dolce. Very calming rooms and the people who do the waxing are very efficient and not rushed (like some of the strip mall nail salons). I follow them on twitter and facebook and they have day of deals during the week and on weekends. It varies from % off different services to set prices for certain services.   I think today they were focusing on the waxing, brows were 15 and brazilian was for 65. I don't know how that ranks with the going rates, but for them its definitely cheaper.  The only catch is that the appts have to be booked same day, I've found that it isn't too hard though since they offer the varying deals throughout the week.

  I get mine done at Maddison Ave at the Chandler Mall.  It's only $60 plus tip, and they are quick!

  I have also been to Madison Ave for a brazilian. They are quick. Take an asprin 30 min before, or better yet a shot...

  Bliss @ the Scottsdale W - Kerry B is awesome. A Brazilian is the first kind of wax I ever had, and I was terrified it was going to KILL. It was a little uncomfortable, but the wax they use is supposed make it a lot less painful. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I lived there!
  
  I think it was $60-65 and, yes, take some Advil or something before you go.
