You may check out the destination wedding board under wedding theme boards. I bet the girls there would have lots of tips for you!!

I've taken cruises on Royal Caribbean, Princess and Carnival and I would highly recommend Royal Caribbean.  It was the most elegant, the food was the best and our service was top notch.  The other two were fine, but did not compare to the quality of Royal Caribbean.

Since you leave in Missouri, you'll have to decide from which port you'd like to leave, west coast, east coast, or perhaps New Orleans.  Most all cruiselines offer wedding packages, but you should go to each website as the cost vary.  Carnival offers the best prices.  I've known one couple you did the Carnival wedding and they were very happy.  Also make sure you check the guest count on the prices. Carnival is 20 (then extra fee per person) while some are as low as 8 guests.  If you are traveling to the cruise port, remember it's best to have your guests arrive the day before because of embarkment times.  Google the port and find which hotels are near and offer airport transportation.  The hotel may also give you a group rate.
