I haven't seen this posted yet for today! What's cookin', good lookin'?

For me:
Monday (yesterday) - Dijon turkey tenderloin, corn on the cob, broccoli
Tuesday (today) - spaghetti and homemade meatballs (click)
Wednesday - beef tacos
Thursday - chipotle salmon (click), risotto, veggies
Friday - FI's cousin's wedding
Saturday - having friends over, smothered beef burritos (click) with tortilla chips and salsa
Sunday - homemade mac and cheese

    Breakfast for dinner tonight!  Eggs, Bacon, Hashbrowns and Texas Toast.  The rest of the week...not so sure yet.

    Aimee- I am also inviting myself over, your menu this week looks sooo yummy!

    We aren't really doing anything special this week.  I made a big pan of ziti  with sausage yesterday so we have a few of nights of left overs.  Fi is making french toast one of the nights that we are not feeling like ziti and saturday we are taking out our friend and her family out to dinner because she is taking our E-pics.

    I had a biopsy today and asked FI to cook - we had shrimp Alfredo yum :) and my son threw crescent rounds in the oven to go with Rest of the week, unsure. One night we plan to grill burgers, otherwise we will just take it as it comes!

    I made baked ziti Monday that we eat on for a few days, and I did taco chicken and shredded it.  FI usually makes a salad out of it, and I make tacos.  We work different shifts so I make dinners we heat up/throw together, whenever we eat.

    Tonight is hammock, green beans and potatoes at my parent's house!  MY FAVORITE SUMMER MEAL!

    Monday - chicken cordon bleu
    Tuesday - Sushi/Hibachi grill 
    Wednesday - leftover pizza
    Thursday - Steak with Brussels sprouts
    Friday - FI gets to choose and I think he wants either Sauerkraut and Pigs Feet (which I will not eat) or Sauerkraut and Italian Sausage. 
    Saturday - Cookout at FI friends
