Signature Drink Poll

So I narrowed down 5 choice for signature drinks.  I want to have 3.  One *must* be something blue and one *must* be tropical which I will call "The Honeymooner".  The third one is a purple margarita (our theme is purple and margaritas are my favorite drink - yum!)

Out of the two blue drinks and two tropical drinks, which would you think would appeal more to everyone?

Something Blue #1 -  (A white wine spritzer with food coloring for effect)

1 cup White wine (pinot grigio)

1/2 cup sprite

2 drops blue food coloring


Something Blue #2 -
Blueberry Vodka, sprite, 1 drop of blue food coloring, served in a highball glass with ice.

Honeymooner #1 -

Bacardi, pineapple juice, with a splash of lime juice served over ice.

Honeymooner #2 -

Light and Dark rum (equal parts), equal amounts orange juice and pineapple juice, splash of grendaine, with cherries, served over ice.

    I just responded to your other post before looking at this one.  The purple margarita sounds good.  I'm not going to answer for "something blue" because I hate blueberry so I'm not a good judge of that.  As for the honeymooner.....#2 for sure.  That's normally called a rum runner or a rum punch.  We have it as one of our drink specials every summer and I make soooooo many of them when it's the drink of the day.  They are definitely yummy.

    I'm excited about the rum runner!  I'm glad I know what that's called now ( I never know what to order at bars lol).
    Working in a bar, what do you think would be better for a wedding reception for the blue though, even though you hate blueberry! lol  Would a blue wine spritzer be weird?

    I would go option number 2 for something blue-- sounds delish, and #2 for your honeymooner!!

    Yeah, I do think the blueberry spritzer would be weird.  The blueberry vodka is pretty popular when we do have it so I'm guessing more people would drink it at a wedding.

    We're doing both! And I'm leaning towards the blueberry vodka drink for my something blue also.
