Good morning ladies! This afternoon FI & I are going to look at the hotels that put in bids for our hotel blocks. Since so many people are coming in from out of town, we need about 30 rooms. Any advice for things to look for / questions to ask while we're there?

    I looked for hotel close to my venu the wright house , called the one I liked asked if they will provide transportation to the wedding and back and asked for a group rate.

    Some guests staying in the hotel and some we rented a furnished house where we live look at   vrbo.com  vacation rental by owner.

    I read a great list of questions to ask somewhere, but can't remember now! It was probably a knot article. I'll be curious to see where you block the rooms since we have the same venue. I'm thinking we'll try to go near downtown Tempe so folks have lots to keep them occupied. :)

    I don't have my list any more, but I just googled it and then took the questions that were relevant to my needs. 

    My wedding is in Scottsdale so there were tons of options, so I used hotel planner. com.  Absolutely amazing and totally saved tons of time for me.

    I booked the Hyatt place in Mesa which is 1.8 mile fromTHE WRIGHT HOUSE.
