~Had to share~

HI ladies-

As my headline states, I just have to share this:

Tonight was my second RCIA class. And I was Completely. Blown. Away. What was said tonight moved things inside of me that I didn't know where there. It was a validation of things I had thought in my own studies, but never had someone either agree with or confirm. It was just amazing.

To boot, I recieved my first Catholic bible. Over the moon excited about recieving that. A deacon was in our class and explained about the blessing of them.

I am so humbled to be going on this journey over the next few months.

I'm glad you're having a positive experience with your RCIA classes. It was probably one of the coolest things I've done in my lifetime. You just wait until Easter Vigil.

Please, continue sharing your experiences on the journey with us. I love hearing about other people's RCIA experiences; it brings back so many happy memories, both of my own RCIA process and when I went through as a sponsor (which is actually where I met H -- he was also a sponsor!). There are several converts on the board, and I'm sure they have plenty to share and remember as well.
