With the location, the venue can host up to 5 weddings at once, should I do venue, swan gardens so they know which location to go to or able to get directions from the front desk or would that be on a direction card???

Also, I have NO idea how to word my RSVP cards??

    Thanks so much ladies!!! I will change the wording. CMGR, someone recommended that we use evening because it is going to be a very formal wedding and that better addresses a formal attire??? Idk.... I'm so lost on all of the ettiquite/proper wording things, I'm so grateful for all you helpful ladies!!!

    Unfortunately, no matter what you put on the invitation, your guests will wear what they want. Most individuals have the common sense to wear attire that fits the formality of the venue, but it's not something you should worry about.

    I would put Swan Garden above the name of the venue since there could be up to five weddings at your venue.  Start with the most specific location, then expand from there.
