Written or Printed Announcement Envelopes

Is it ok to print the name and address on the envelopes?  Since we went to Vegas and are only sending out announcements to everyone, so there isn't an inner envelope or anything like that.  Or, is that considered a faux pas and it should be hand written?

    I'm not handwriting anything.  Faux pas?  Maybe for Paris Hilton.  They're gonna throw the envelopes away anyways.

    Good point.  And, I can find a pretty font that will be better than my handwritting anyway!  Especially announcement number 100...  I'm sure that one won't be looking as pretty as #1!  LOL

    Invitations are supposed to be hand written, but I've never heard anything about handwritten announcements. For our STDs, I went to OfficeMax and bought a bunch of clear address stickers (Avery makes good ones) and used a calligraphy font in MSWord.
