Eyebrow Waxing Rec?

So I’ve never gotten my eyebrows waxed because I never really thought I needed to. Now, a few months out from my wedding, I’ve become really self-concious about them out of nowhere and decided I want them waxed for the wedding. I want to start now, however, in case I absolutely hate it so I have time to change my mind. Does anyone have any recommendations in the Bloomington or Minnetonka area for a good place to go?

This is out of the area, but Mende at the Fridley Life Spa (inside the Fridley LifeTime Fitness) is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. I am VERY picky about my eyebrows and she does an amazing job. You don't have to be a LifeTime member to go to her and I drive from Apple Valley to see her. She is that good.

New Reflections Salon in Ridgedale Mall. They do a good job and give discounts to new customers :-)

I go to Brownya at the salon (can't remember the exact name of the salon) at the Macy's in Southdale, been going to her for at least 5 years and feel she does a really good job. Cost is reasonable, $22.

Well it's a little out of your way but Amy D. at Cloud 9 Salon in Eagan is AWESOME.  I've been seeing her since I was 12, no lie.  She's awesome and super sweet.  :0)

I have been going to Simonson's in Maple Grove. The do a great job for me but mine are pretty full so they are pretty easy to work with!

I don't have a rec, but try it soon. I pluck now, but when I waxed, I broke out a ton from the oil or whatever it was that they put on afterward.

I go to Shawn at Juut Southdale.  She's amazing, been going to her since 2006.  I won't see her for 6 months, and she still remembers details about my job, wedding plans, and - most importantly - my skin.  I'd recommend her to anyone.

Yup, I sure did. I knew I had sensitive skin but it was kind of redic. My eyebrows and the surrounding areas were welted and red and swollen for the rest of the night and when I woke up this morning my eyelids were so swollen I could barelly open them. Glad I started early so I can figure out how long the breakouts and swelling take to calm down so I know how far to time it out before my wedding.
