Beach or Park on Long Island for Wedding Ceremony

Hello.  Does anyone know of a nice beach or park on Long Island where we can have a small wedding ceremony?  Thanks!

    I am actually having my wedding at the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow in Kings Park.

    The location and views are beautiful, the price is awesome and the place and the food are great and awesome to work with.

    try long beach, many local venues, john arden music for live music and dj

    I'm actually looking for the same thing... I live in Long Beach, LI, I love going to the beach here but dont if it would be appropriate for a wedding ceremony... I know you can get a permit to have it on the beach from the city.

    If you have any other ideas please let me know... we are planning our wedding for the end of sept 2011...time is ticking HELP!!!
